Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in a fast paced environment
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to stand and move for extended periods
  • commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set department goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • oversee guest service ensuring sales promotions are executed and service areas are organized
  • manage kitchen ensuring food quality safety and cost control and train kitchen staff
  • handle people department hiring training scheduling and motivating crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and support crew development and motivation
