Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
- Report results to team members and other managers
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Oversee sales promotions and service procedures in Guest Service areas
- Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the Kitchen department
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members to foster a positive working environment
