Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams
  • Report results to team members and other managers
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Oversee sales promotions and service procedures in Guest Service areas
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the Kitchen department
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members to foster a positive working environment
