Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in management or supervisory role
- ability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory
- set goals delegate tasks and follow up with teams
- ensure guest service department delivers excellent customer experiences and sales promotions
- oversee kitchen department to maintain food quality safety and cost control
- train all crew and managers in service and production procedures
- manage hiring training scheduling and motivation of crew members
