Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work at least 3 shifts or 25 hours weekly
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Strong work ethic with honesty and integrity
- Ability to learn and master product knowledge
- Dependability and commitment to the role
- Ability to balance inventory and stock orders

Job Duties
- Manage overall store operations including food and drink consistency
- Ensure excellent customer service to all guests
- Enforce store policies and procedures
- Lead, motivate, and develop store staff
- Balance supply and demand while managing inventory and placing stock orders
- Drive sales performance and meet store goals
- Foster community involvement and represent brand excellence
