Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to lead and train successful talent

- Ability to work all shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant
- Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
- Manage labor costs to meet company standard
- Train and develop crew members under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationships with management and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
- Maintain inventory and control food costs
- Maintain building and equipment using proper cleaning and maintenance procedures
- Responsible for all cash and ensuring adherence to cash procedures
- Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Conduct crew and management meetings
- Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times
