Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- schedule staff to accommodate guest flow
- manage labor costs
- train and develop crew
- maintain a cooperative working relationship with team
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline
- control inventory and food cost
- maintain building and equipment cleanliness
- handle all cash and ensure proper cash procedures
- ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, security policies
- lead by example and assist with crew duties
- conduct team meetings to communicate operations and promotions
