Job Duties

  • Interview and hire qualified staff
  • Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
  • Manage labor costs to meet company standards
  • Train and develop crew under senior management
  • Maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with team
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
  • Assist with crew duties when necessary
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss operations and safety
  • Maintain adequate supplies and control inventory
  • Keep reports and records in compliance with regulations
  • Maintain building and equipment through cleaning and maintenance
  • Manage all cash handling and ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
  • Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
  • Consistently demonstrate company vision and values
