Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
- Manage labor costs to meet company standards
- Train and develop crew under senior management
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with team
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
- Assist with crew duties when necessary
- Conduct team meetings to discuss operations and safety
- Maintain adequate supplies and control inventory
- Keep reports and records in compliance with regulations
- Maintain building and equipment through cleaning and maintenance
- Manage all cash handling and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standards
- Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Consistently demonstrate company vision and values
