Job Duties

  • Interview and hire qualified staff
  • schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs
  • train and develop crew members
  • maintain harmonious working relationships with management and crew
  • provide coaching, counseling, and discipline
  • maintain inventory and control food costs
  • ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • maintain building and equipment
  • conduct team meetings
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues
  • represent the company professionally
  • perform duties of senior/general manager when absent
