Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs
- train and develop crew members
- maintain harmonious working relationships with management and crew
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline
- maintain inventory and control food costs
- ensure adherence to cash procedures
- maintain building and equipment
- conduct team meetings
- handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- represent the company professionally
- perform duties of senior/general manager when absent
