Job Requirements
- Minimum two to three years of related experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration or related field preferred
- ServSafe Certified Food Manager or TIPS equivalent
- Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
- Ability to read and speak English
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Two to three years of related experience and/or training
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Administration preferred
- Experience with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems such as POSITOUCH and MICROS
- Knowledge of online reservation systems, inventory controls, scheduling, and labor management
- Experience in financial forecasting, purchasing, inventory management, sanitation, security, and personnel management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to resolve guest issues with tact and diplomacy
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Ability to create and lead high-performance teams
- Strong client service skills
- Professional and courteous demeanor

Job Duties
- Organizes and conducts pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu changes, house counts
- Ensures the restaurant and facilities are clean, well-stocked, and organized
- Checks maintenance of all equipment and schedules needed services
- Greets guests to ensure complete satisfaction and attention to guest needs
- Ensures established cash handling procedures are followed
- Creates sales and log reports
- Monitors restaurant budget and takes action to minimize expenses
- Reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel
- Tracks stock levels and oversees ordering
- Conducts regular inventory counts and implements monitoring procedures
- Oversees daily restaurant activities including serving, bussing, seating, and clerical duties
- Works with GM on interviewing, hiring, training, assigning, and directing staff
- Addresses complaints and resolves problems
- Manages department members including hosts, servers, bartenders, and bussers
- Ensures effective orientation and ongoing training for associates
- Enforces employee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- Adheres to and enforces company policies and procedures
