Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Pass the company’s background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Within 90 days of employment must obtain a valid, state approved Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification
- No visible tattoos on head, neck or face above the uniform
- no visible tattoos on arms or hands, except one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch, unless concealed with clothing or natural colored concealer
- May perform essential functions and duties as listed in the restaurant manager job description
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to use computer and calculator
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Ability to resolve guest issues with tact
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
- Professional personal appearance
Job Duties
- Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members to ensure excellent guest service standards
- Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality
- Develop ideas to exceed sales goals while maintaining a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ensure overall operation of a single restaurant including increased sale profitability and employee retention
- Interact with customers, providing excellent guest service and managing the dining area
- Motivate and direct team to deliver fast, accurate, friendly service in clean surroundings
- Manage restaurant profit and loss by implementing marketing strategies, controlling cash and inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports
- Operate point of sale terminal effectively
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints tactfully
- Maintain professional personal appearance and conduct
