Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
- experience in supervising and training staff
- excellent communicator with ability to deal with all levels of team members
- computer knowledge
- ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
- ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system and cash register
- physical ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
- ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

- ensuring safety and security protocols are followed including awareness of local and national health and food safety codes
- maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
- identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
- supporting local and national marketing initiatives and preparing the restaurant for new marketing windows
- planning special events and promotions
