Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
  • experience in supervising and training staff
  • excellent communicator with ability to deal with all levels of team members
  • computer knowledge
  • ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
  • ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system and cash register
  • physical ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
  • ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

  • ensuring safety and security protocols are followed including awareness of local and national health and food safety codes
  • maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
  • identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
  • supporting local and national marketing initiatives and preparing the restaurant for new marketing windows
  • planning special events and promotions
