Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant environment
experience in supervising and training staff
excellent communicator with ability to deal with all levels of team members
computer knowledge
ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed
ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system and cash register
physical ability to bend, stand and walk the entire workday
ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

providing an excellent guest experience
ensuring that great food is prepared and served
keeping restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
managing inventory and money control systems
coordinating local marketing initiatives including community outreach
recruiting staff
maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
being a team player
recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
ensuring safety and security protocols are followed including awareness of local and national health and food safety codes
maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales
identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
supporting local and national marketing initiatives and preparing the restaurant for new marketing windows
planning special events and promotions
