Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 1 or more years of restaurant or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work various schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Effective use of kitchen equipment
  • Ability to communicate and work well with others

Job Duties

  • Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to team members
  • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain safe working conditions by enforcing safety, security and maintenance policies
  • Monitor tasks performed by team members to ensure product quality and guest satisfaction
  • Manage food preparation and company procedures to minimize food cost
  • Monitor labor usage against sales and take corrective action where necessary
  • Execute, train and monitor proper cash control procedures
  • Provide ongoing coaching to team members and ensure proper training through established systems
  • Assist General Manager with overall store operations including monitoring of operational systems, profit and loss statements, inventory and employee scheduling
  • Perform other job related duties as assigned
