Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven ability to drive positive results
  • at least three years of restaurant management experience
  • ability to direct, motivate, coach, and develop others
  • capacity to handle multiple responsibilities
  • servsafe certification or ability to pass
  • physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical activities including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
  • flexible availability including nights and weekends
