Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment
  • Experience in supervising and training staff
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Ability to work any area of the restaurant
  • Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale system
  • Physical ability to bend, stand, walk for entire workday
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Providing an excellent guest experience
  • Ensuring that great food is prepared and served
  • Keeping restaurants functional, clean and beautiful
  • Managing inventory and money control systems
  • Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach
  • Recruiting staff
  • Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security
  • Being a team player
  • Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members
  • Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed including awareness of local and national healthy and food safety codes
  • Maintaining business records and analyzing them to increase sales
  • Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales
  • Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
  • Planning special events and promotions
