Restaurant Managers at Boddie-Noell are responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring qualified staff, scheduling employees, managing labor costs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining inventory and food cost controls, and upholding company standards for safety, sanitation, and personal appearance. The role also includes conducting meetings to communicate promotions and operational updates, addressing guest concerns, and providing coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed.
