Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff
- schedule sufficient staff to match guest flow
- manage labor costs to meet standards
- train and develop crew members
- maintain cooperative working relationships
- provide coaching, counseling, and discipline
- conduct team meetings to discuss operations and training
- manage inventory and control food cost variance
- maintain reports and records complying with regulations
- uphold building and equipment maintenance
- handle all cash and ensure cash procedures
- maintain professional appearance
- adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally
