Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DUI/DWI) in the last 3 years
  • No more than 3 moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer service, including commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership experience in military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations
  • Valid driver's license
  • Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Learn and master all aspects of branch management
  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
  • Develop new business opportunities within the community
  • Manage and mentor team members
  • Excel in customer service, sales, and marketing
