Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year of cumulative experience in sales or leadership within the past 5 years
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years
  • Authorized to work in the United States without employment sponsorship
  • At least 18 years of age
  • No Enterprise Management Trainee interview within last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 1 year cumulative experience within the last 5 years in sales or leadership roles
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Learn business operations from neighborhood branches
  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
  • Manage day-to-day operational responsibilities
  • Develop sales, marketing, finance, and operational skills
  • Cultivate new business and establish community relationships
  • Receive mentoring and support to prepare for branch management
  • Participate in a culture of friendly competition and team collaboration
