Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • minimum 1 year relevant experience within last 5 years
  • valid driver's license and good driving record
  • no recent driving-related alcohol or drug convictions
  • legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
  • minimum age of 18
  • no previous Management Trainee interview with Enterprise in last 12 months

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree required
  • at least 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership roles in military, athletics, or academic organizations
  • valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years
  • must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • at least 18 years old
  • not interviewed for the Management Trainee position at Enterprise in the last 12 months

Job Duties

  • learn the business from day one at neighborhood branches
  • serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
  • gain operational expertise behind the scenes
  • master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
  • develop leadership skills to eventually manage own branch
  • build and cultivate new business relationships in the community
  • participate in mentoring and receive ongoing guidance and support
