Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree
- minimum 1 year relevant experience within last 5 years
- valid driver's license and good driving record
- no recent driving-related alcohol or drug convictions
- legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
- minimum age of 18
- no previous Management Trainee interview with Enterprise in last 12 months
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree required
- at least 1 year of cumulative experience in the last 5 years in sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership roles in military, athletics, or academic organizations
- valid driver's license with a good driving record
- no drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in past 3 years
- must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- at least 18 years old
- not interviewed for the Management Trainee position at Enterprise in the last 12 months
Job Duties
- learn the business from day one at neighborhood branches
- serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners
- gain operational expertise behind the scenes
- master customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations
- develop leadership skills to eventually manage own branch
- build and cultivate new business relationships in the community
- participate in mentoring and receive ongoing guidance and support
