Job Duties
- Complete the leadership training program requiring guided, independent study
- interface with appropriate Support Center and Service Center associates in the completion of various aspects of the training program daily
- accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls
- accompany drivers on local delivery routes to garner an understanding of the freight delivery process on occasion
- learn the basic principles of the transportation industry, efficient cross-dock operations, effective leadership communication, and relationship building skills
- relocate to another facility for the initial leadership role after program completion
- maintain professional demeanor and appearance at all times
