Job Requirements

- Make sure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience

- Organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- Ensure great quality food and fast service
- Maintain food safety and control food costs
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize employees throughout their employment
