Job Duties
- make sure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- train service staff in standard procedures
- organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- maintain food quality and safety
- control food costs
- train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- hire qualified crew and manage staffing schedules
- motivate and recognize crew members
- lead assigned operational systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks
- report results to management teams
