Job Requirements

  • experience 2-4 years of supervision or management in a restaurant environment
  • ability to train guide and lead management staff
  • ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion
  • good problem-solving techniques
  • good written verbal mathematical and interpersonal skills
  • good organizational and time management skills
  • valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of supervisory or management experience in a restaurant environment
  • proven leadership and team-building skills
  • strong problem-solving abilities
  • excellent written verbal mathematical and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • instruct train and develop the restaurant team to create a positive and rewarding work environment
  • train new management employees to effectively supervise their teams
  • responsible for hiring hourly employees
  • ensure adequate staffing levels to maximize customer service and sales
  • work to maximize restaurant sales and profits
  • manage all cash controls and company policy compliance
  • collaborate with district manager to plan and execute marketing sales and promotional efforts
  • order account for and maintain inventory of food and paper supplies
  • ensure all safety procedures are followed within the restaurant
