Job Duties
- instruct train and develop the restaurant team to create a positive and rewarding work environment
- train new management employees to effectively supervise their teams
- responsible for hiring hourly employees
- ensure adequate staffing levels to maximize customer service and sales
- work to maximize restaurant sales and profits
- manage all cash controls and company policy compliance
- collaborate with district manager to plan and execute marketing sales and promotional efforts
- order account for and maintain inventory of food and paper supplies
- ensure all safety procedures are followed within the restaurant
