Job Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work 45 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Minimum of three years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Ability to analyze financial data
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Ability to problem solve and accept feedback
  • Willingness to work as part of a management team
  • Commitment to maintaining safe restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
  • Minimum of three years food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Skilled in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance
  • Experienced in recruiting and selecting team members
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative and assertiveness
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage, train, develop, and motivate a diverse team
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to problem solve and accept feedback
  • Ability to set goals and create action plans
  • Ability to measure performance objectively and subjectively
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with management team

Job Duties

  • Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant
  • Maintain operations and drive results through people development, positive guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth
  • Hire, train, and develop team members who embody the Wingstop mission
  • Convey the Wingstop culture to the team and foster a passion for hard work and fun
  • Manage staffing efficiently and ensure a safe environment for team and guests
  • Oversee orientation, onboarding, and performance plans for shift leaders
  • Create team member schedules balancing sales volume, payroll, and availability
  • Perform financial audits, analyze budgets and cost trends, and develop business plans
  • Control cash, property, product, and equipment
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate effectively across the organization
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members using company tools
  • Ensure compliance with risk management and company standards
  • Collaborate with District Managers, Directors of Operations, and administrative staff
