Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 45 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Ability to problem solve and accept feedback
- Willingness to work as part of a management team
- Commitment to maintaining safe restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required, some college preferred
- Minimum of three years food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Skilled in analyzing profit and loss statements and overall financial performance
- Experienced in recruiting and selecting team members
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Initiative and assertiveness
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to manage, train, develop, and motivate a diverse team
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
- Ability to problem solve and accept feedback
- Ability to set goals and create action plans
- Ability to measure performance objectively and subjectively
- Willingness to work collaboratively with management team
Job Duties
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the restaurant
- Maintain operations and drive results through people development, positive guest experience, cost control, and sales/profit growth
- Hire, train, and develop team members who embody the Wingstop mission
- Convey the Wingstop culture to the team and foster a passion for hard work and fun
- Manage staffing efficiently and ensure a safe environment for team and guests
- Oversee orientation, onboarding, and performance plans for shift leaders
- Create team member schedules balancing sales volume, payroll, and availability
- Perform financial audits, analyze budgets and cost trends, and develop business plans
- Control cash, property, product, and equipment
- Maintain operational standards and communicate effectively across the organization
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members using company tools
- Ensure compliance with risk management and company standards
- Collaborate with District Managers, Directors of Operations, and administrative staff
