Job Requirements

  • must be eligible to work in the us

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous management or supervisory experience in retail or food service preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • proficiency with basic computer applications and payroll systems

Job Duties

  • lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on tasks and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • maintain high quality food standards and ensure food safety
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
  • hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members to promote retention and engagement
