Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous management or supervisory experience in retail or food service preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- proficiency with basic computer applications and payroll systems
Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on tasks and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- oversee sales promotions and service staff training
- organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- maintain high quality food standards and ensure food safety
- control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members to promote retention and engagement
