Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor and report department results to management
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- Train service staff in procedures and promotions
- Oversee organization of Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
- Manage kitchen operations maintaining food quality and safety
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff on preparation procedures
- Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- Motivate and recognize crew members to maintain high morale
