Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Monitor and report department results to management
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • Train service staff in procedures and promotions
  • Oversee organization of Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas
  • Manage kitchen operations maintaining food quality and safety
  • Control food costs and train kitchen staff on preparation procedures
  • Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members to maintain high morale
