Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 12 months of brokerage, transportation or customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook required
  • Ability to use office equipment such as phone, fax, photocopier, printer, scanner required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to interact with customers, staff, and management of all levels
  • Must be able to work onsite for initial 3 weeks
  • Availability for hybrid schedule Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
  • Commitment to adhere to company policies and productivity standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 12 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Experience with office equipment including phone, fax, photocopier, printer, and scanner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, internal staff, and management at all levels

Job Duties

  • Engage and collaborate with internal and external customers to facilitate fast, accurate, and compliant transactions with Customs and Border Protection and Partner Government Agencies
  • Facilitate entry processing, pre-arrival and post-arrival exception resolution
  • Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to Customs and Border Protection and Partner Government Agencies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer's front-line personnel
  • Support Account Administrators with account management activities such as exception logs and special spreadsheets
  • Perform root cause analysis as directed by Account Administrator
  • Research and resolve customer billing issues
