Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 12 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of CBP and OGA regulations preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of CBP and OGA regulations preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work accurately in a time-sensitive environment
- Experience with customs brokerage or trade compliance preferred
Job Duties
- Provide entry services for FedEx express shipments
- Facilitate timely and accurate release of shipments according to CBP and OGA regulations
- Serve as primary liaison between FedEx express and FTN for shipment and account issues
- Conduct complex audit activities including EWSRs, high duty verifications, and FDA audits
- Track and record audit issues and initiate corrective actions
- Correspond with shippers, clients, and customs agencies to resolve documentation and compliance issues
- Research and file claims and protests with customs to resolve duty and tax disputes
- Obtain refunds or tender duties and process billing accordingly
- Gather data for operational and trend reports for management
- Monitor daily workflow to ensure compliance with regulatory timeframes
