Job Duties
- greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and store merchandise
- achieve individual and team sales goals
- organize merchandise displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
- provide styling advice and build lasting customer relationships
- support inventory management and stock replenishment
- assist in training and mentoring new team members
