Job Requirements
- Open to applicants without a high school diploma or GED
- Willingness to comply with Fair Chance hiring practices
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to handle cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must have or be able to obtain CPR certification
- Able to work flexible shifts
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work under supervision
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and ensure it is sanitized
- Sweep, dust, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office space, and other assigned gym areas
- Clean, mop, scrub, polish, and disinfect all bathroom areas
- Maintain sufficient supply of materials such as towels, tissue, and soap in bathrooms and assigned areas
- Empty trash and garbage containers in all assigned areas and gym overall
- Keep all floor areas safe, clean, and orderly
- Observe equipment for potential safety hazards
