Job Requirements
- Must have previous relevant experience in property management or maintenance
- Must be bilingual
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be physically capable of manual labor
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug screening
- Ability to work in different weather conditions
- Must be able to work independently and efficiently
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in make ready or porter role in property management or maintenance preferred
- Bilingual required
- Basic knowledge of property maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Drivers license required
- Physically capable of performing manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform outdoor tasks
Job Duties
- Perform make ready tasks including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and appliance checks
- Assist with general property upkeep including trash pickup, landscaping, and maintaining curb appeal
- Clean and maintain common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms
- Assist with property inspections to ensure safety compliance
- Address minor maintenance work orders and report major repairs
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude toward residents and guests
- Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams for property operations
