Job Requirements
- Active and valid driver's license
- Personal vehicle
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the properties
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year related experience or equivalent education and experience
- HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred

- Ability to perform basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle for commuting
Job Duties
- Prepare vacant apartments for market ready condition including caulking
- Perform drywall repair
- Conduct touch-up painting
- Test all locks and key sets
- Assist in inspection of property
- Maintain exterior lighting
- Repair and perform preventative maintenance on grounds equipment
- Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal
- Assist maintenance technicians, porters, and housekeeping staff as necessary
- Perform pool maintenance
- Be available on notice for snow, ice, and other site emergencies
