Job Duties
- Assist residents and maintenance team
- prepare apartments for move-in by inspecting and repairing
- coordinate trash removal with grounds team
- inspect appliances, faucets, A/C systems, and safety devices
- identify parts and supplies needed for timely unit turn
- perform routine maintenance tasks
- complete service requests including safety equipment testing and repairs
- change locks and mailboxes before unit turnover
