- Greet guests warmly and ensure a friendly welcome

- answer phone calls politely and record all reservations accurately
- maintain communication with kitchen and waitstaff to coordinate service pace
- assist in managing guest inquiries and resolving concerns
- oversee the reservation system and update availability
- support overall restaurant operations as needed
