Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- proficiency with reservation management systems
- problem-solving skills
- attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- experience in high-end hospitality or fine dining
- strong leadership and communication skills
- knowledge of omakase or Japanese cuisine preferred
- ability to manage reservations and front-of-house operations
- proficiency in training and supervising staff
- excellent guest service orientation
- ability to handle VIP and special event coordination
Job Duties
- coordinating and managing reservations
- answering the phone, emails, and text messages from guests
- manage and train other FOH staff on hosting and canapé service
- assist with the bar service program as scheduling needs require
- greet and welcome guests ensuring a high standard of hospitality
- coordinate with the chef and FOH staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- handle guest's feedback resolving them in a professional manner
