Job Requirements
- Who are professional, personable, organized with a sense of humor and a strong passion for hospitality
- With experience as a Maitre'd or as a Lead Host/Hostess in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- Who is friendly, have excellent communication skills, be exceptionally organized, and thrives in a team-based environment
- Experience operating OpenTable, RESY, or other reservation systems required
- Who are able to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers and walk in guests
- Who are fluent in English
- With open flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties
- Greet every guest with a warm, engaging welcome, making them feel part of our restaurant family from the moment they arrive
- Manage reservations and coordinate with the management team to strategically assign seating and ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain and communicate waitlist status clearly and efficiently with the front desk team and management
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations and encouraging guests to return for special events and catering opportunities
- Lead and support the host team, ensuring guests are seated promptly and appropriately
- Answer phones professionally and manage the OpenTable reservation system with accuracy and efficiency
- Build strong guest relationships by creating a memorable first impression and providing helpful information about our dining experience
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave, leaving a lasting positive impression
- Be flexible and capable of performing all front desk roles, stepping in wherever needed to support the team
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
