Job Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Maitre'd within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in the English language both written and verbal
- The ability to maintain and follow processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with the desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership of your role
- Possess a valid Food Handler Card
- Valid documentation of your right to work in the U.S.
- The ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently

Job Duties
- Warmly meet and greet guests, building relationships with guests and setting an exemplary example of customer service
- Oversee and respond to guest feedback
- Assist with the handling and service of all bookings in the restaurant, bar and private dining functions
- Monitor and report on actual and projected covers daily
- Receive and record guests dining reservations
- Promote and distribute information at the host stand in relation to SUSHI SAMBA events and promotions
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of SUSHI SAMBA food and beverage options
- Attend mandatory pre shift meetings
