Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality or related field
  • Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced or fine dining environment
  • Ability to manage physical demands including prolonged periods of standing and moving
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high-profile guests with professionalism
  • Familiarity with reservation and table management software

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume or fine dining setting including team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of reservation platforms and guest management tools
  • Track record of handling VIP clientele with discretion and confidence
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Highly organized with a natural command presence

Job Duties

  • Lead all host stand operations managing seating chart waitlist and pacing strategy
  • Personally welcome high-profile and returning guests ensuring appropriate recognition and service alignment
  • Coordinate with kitchen and floor managers to ensure smooth table turns and guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints or seating concerns discreetly and effectively
  • Train and supervise host team members ensuring service consistency and appearance standards
  • Maintain open communication with management regarding floor flow and service gaps
