Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work part-time or full-time shifts including some weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer service skills
eligibility to work in the United States
ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
compliance with EEO guidelines and participation in E-Verify

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage guest flow and reservations effectively
poised and professional demeanor
strong organizational skills
capable of working in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with reservation systems is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
communicate effectively with the host team and serving staff
ensure guests are comfortably seated and attended to promptly
maintain a polished and professional appearance
manage waitlists and update guests regarding wait times
uphold the restaurant's standards for guest service and hospitality
