Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Maitre d, lead host, or front-of-house supervisor
  • Availability for timely communication with guests
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to foster genuine guest connections
  • Prior wine or beverage certifications are preferred
  • Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • A track record of fostering genuine guest connections to increase sales volume
  • Guest service excellence with a focus on building customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical creative thinking to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management
  • 3+ years with prior experience as a Maitre d, lead host, or front-of-house supervisor
  • Prior wine (WSET) or beverage certifications (Cicerone) are a plus
  • Knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required

Job Duties

  • Own the vibe of the entire restaurant operations to create an environment that will foster personal connections with our guests and exceed their expectations
  • Responsible for maintaining the energy by setting the tone to deliver best-in-class hospitality
  • Exceeds guest expectations by delivering an experience our guests did not know they wanted
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide a standout dining experience for all guests you interact with during service
  • Work closely with the restaurant management team to maximize guest satisfaction, including proactive communicating guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in real time
  • Participates and leads meetings tailored around best practices for hospitality
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
