Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Maitre d, lead host, or front-of-house supervisor
- Availability for timely communication with guests
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays
- Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to foster genuine guest connections
- Prior wine or beverage certifications are preferred
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- A track record of fostering genuine guest connections to increase sales volume
- Guest service excellence with a focus on building customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Critical creative thinking to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management
- 3+ years with prior experience as a Maitre d, lead host, or front-of-house supervisor
- Prior wine (WSET) or beverage certifications (Cicerone) are a plus
- Knowledge of retail/restaurant/hospitality training trends and best practices is required
Job Duties
- Own the vibe of the entire restaurant operations to create an environment that will foster personal connections with our guests and exceed their expectations
- Responsible for maintaining the energy by setting the tone to deliver best-in-class hospitality
- Exceeds guest expectations by delivering an experience our guests did not know they wanted
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu to provide a standout dining experience for all guests you interact with during service
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to maximize guest satisfaction, including proactive communicating guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in real time
- Participates and leads meetings tailored around best practices for hospitality
- Performs other related duties as assigned
