Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient with reservation and POS systems (e.g., OpenTable, Micros, etc)
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of fine wines, steak cuts, and luxury dining etiquette is a strong plus

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism, warmth, and elegance
- Manage and optimize reservation systems and seating charts to ensure smooth guest flow and minimal wait times
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure proper pacing and table readiness
- Oversee front-of-house service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Curate a memorable guest experience, recognizing and accommodating VIPs and returning patrons
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to assist guests as needed
- Uphold a pristine, orderly front-of-house appearance at all times
- Collaborate with management and staff to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance
- Coordinate with valet, coat check, and other external services as part of the guest experience
