Job Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high volume bar
- Current T.A.B.C. certification
- Ability to lift 30 pounds without aid
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time without aid
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 year experience in a high volume bar
- Current T.A.B.C. certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people and resources to get projects completed
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be fluent in English
- Menu planning and development skills
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in developing customer relations, handling requests, comments and complaints
- Assign customers to tables within the club
- Divide the area into areas of responsibility for the various servers on duty
- Ensure that guests have a pleasant dining experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
