Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience managing hosts
- Minimum of 3 years working in full service dining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage teams effectively
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role managing hosts
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a full service dining environment
- Strong multitasking and managerial skills
- Diligent work ethic with a sense of urgency
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Ability to forecast and anticipate needs of guests and team
- Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine is a plus
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 35 pounds
Job Duties
- Staff and manage host operations
- Provide ongoing coaching and training for all members of team
- Lead pre shift meetings
- Understand labor and scheduling
- Develop and maintain host schedules
- Establish a 5 night a week schedule spending 7-8 core hours working on the floor
- Maintain operational fluency to assist in emergencies
- Assist in operational components such as making drinks, running food, and operating POS system when needed
