Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience managing hosts
  • Minimum of 3 years working in full service dining
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 pounds
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage teams effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role managing hosts
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a full service dining environment
  • Strong multitasking and managerial skills
  • Diligent work ethic with a sense of urgency
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Ability to forecast and anticipate needs of guests and team
  • Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wine is a plus
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Staff and manage host operations
  • Provide ongoing coaching and training for all members of team
  • Lead pre shift meetings
  • Understand labor and scheduling
  • Develop and maintain host schedules
  • Establish a 5 night a week schedule spending 7-8 core hours working on the floor
  • Maintain operational fluency to assist in emergencies
  • Assist in operational components such as making drinks, running food, and operating POS system when needed
