Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of Maitre D' experience in a high volume, fine dining establishment
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • strong organizational skills
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • assist management team in seating the dining room
  • follow proper steps of service and adhere to company guidelines
  • provide memorable dining experiences using skill, knowledge, and personality
  • manage seating flow to optimize guest satisfaction
  • coordinate between guests and front-of-house staff
  • handle special requests and resolve guest issues
  • maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere
