Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Poise and professional appearance
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience as a maitre d' or in a similar supervisory role in upscale dining
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of restaurant reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome
- Manage reservations and seating assignments efficiently
- Coordinate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints diplomatically
- Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating as necessary
- Train and supervise front-of-house staff
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
