Job Duties
- Oversee dining room operations including placement of large parties
- Act as a goodwill ambassador to guests
- Greet and seat guests with professionalism
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service
- Manage guest seating efficiently to optimize dining room flow
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
- Support special events and celebrations in the restaurant
