Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating arrangements efficiently
- Assist with reservations and waitlist management
- Provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
- Coordinate with servers and staff to ensure smooth guest flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance area
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any initial concerns professionally
