Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in maintenance or custodial work
- problem-solving skills
- ability to operate maintenance equipment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing debris
- conduct basic maintenance including equipment checks, minor repairs, and preventative measures
- use tools and equipment such as pressure washers, sweepers, blowers, and other cleaning devices
- assist with tasks such as painting, power washing, and general upkeep activities
- complete special assignments as directed by management
- maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and notify management of necessary repairs or supplies
- represent TruPark professionally and courteously
- assist customers and team members by addressing concerns or providing directions
- communicate potential safety or maintenance issues promptly
