Job Requirements
- valid driver's license
- ability to verbally communicate clearly in english
- ability to lift heavy objects
- ability to be on feet for several hours
- ability to travel 25% of the time
Job Qualifications
- preferred 1 year of experience in construction, handyperson or maintenance
- bilingual
- knowledge and skills with power tools and small engine machinery

Job Duties
- perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and trash pickup of parking garage floors and surface lots
- experience making repairs with power tools a must for sign and metal frame installations
- ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with creative solutions
- providing a highly positive and welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating a strong service mentality
- interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
- communicate and work effectively with both customers and team members
- remaining on your feet for extended periods of time
- operating a company truck or vehicle safely and efficiently (valid driver's license required)
