Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
valid Driver's License
at least 1 year of relevant maintenance or construction experience preferred
ability to lift heavy objects
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to travel up to 25% of the time
strong verbal communication skills in English

Job Qualifications

Preferred: 1 year of experience in construction, handyperson or maintenance
bilingual
knowledge and skills with power tools and small engine machinery
Required: Ability to verbally communicate clearly in English
ability to lift heavy objects
ability to be on feet for several hours
ability to travel 25% of the time

Job Duties

Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and trash pickup of parking garage floors and surface lots
Experience making repairs with power tools a must for sign and metal frame installations
Ability to troubleshoot issues and come up with creative solutions
Providing a highly positive and welcoming experience for customers, demonstrating a strong service mentality
Interacting with customers in a courteous and friendly manner
Communicate and work effectively with both customers and team members
Remaining on your feet for extended periods of time
Operating a company truck or vehicle safely and efficiently (valid Driver's License required)
